Album size

We have changed some code to better track the album sizes. Users actually get more space now because we don’t count the thumbnails in the calculation. If your album statistics appear to be wrong, please email us via the ‘contact us’ button.

Hi, my pictures, whenever clicked on for a larger size usually appear tiny, I try to resize them but they keep appearing the same. But if I use the same picture with another user’s album, they appear normal and larger. Why does this keep happening?

I use your site for eBay photo’s, and to get the most out of my space, I create a background and pull pictures onto it, than flatten it to a JPEG, and load it to your site. I have not been able to load these pictures the last week. Only the single Gallery images. Please let me know what I need to do to load these.
    Thank you, Jane Moen

HI, My album says that it is over its limit and that I have over 280 photos on it. I actually only have just over 100 and the last time I was on it was at about 50% of the album limit for the free account. Why would the account have such a different statistic than is actually correct? How can I fix this to allow more photos to be added?

With my large number of small pics, that actually made a huge difference.
    thanks!
