I have never received the free 8GB you claim you’ll give if the app is downloaded. I have been a faithful Photobucket user for 8 years. I think to celebrate that, I should get the extra storage.

      Hello Diane,

We do have a “download album” option available on our site. If you locate the photo album of which you’d like to backup to your lap top, you can just click into the album, the click “download album” on the right hand side of your album. I’ve been using PhotoBucket for 5+ years on various phones. When computers died, PhotoBucket retrieved years of memories.
    Newest editing update is awesome.
Thank you, thank you, thank you PhotoBucket for an amazing app…love!

And for iOS users? Where on earth are the refreshed apps for those that haven’t been touched in years?

So here’s my beef: I paid for a subscription to Photobucket so that I could regularly post images to forums by using the IMG link. When on the move I use an iPhone and at home the iPad. All was well until a few months ago when the iPad app started crashing everytime I used it, and the iPhone app also crashed intermittently. A query with Photobucket and they “confessed” that the iPad app hadn’t been updated for a couple of years and “you should try the iPhone app instead”. So now I use the iPhone app on the iPad, and it’s very very poor; likewise not updated in a long time. Phtobucket, please read this and refresh your iOS apps so that people like myself can get the value out of what they’ve paid for.

I have to say that I’m happy to be using Photobucket again. I have NO reason why I stopped. I think it was as because of my last phone messed up and I just got away from it. I’m glad I’m going to start using it again. I have A LOT of pics I need to edit and get rid of pics I don’t need. Thanks for the upgrades.
