Hi, my pictures, whenever clicked on for a larger size usually appear tiny, I try to resize them but they keep appearing the same. But if I use the same picture with another user's album, they appear normal and larger. Why does this keep happening?

I use your site for eBay photo's, and to get the most out of my space, I create a background and pull pictures onto it, than flatten it to a JPEG, and load it to your site. I have not been able to load these pictures the last week. Only the single Gallery images. Please let me know what I need to do to load these.
Thank you, Jane Moen

HI, My album says that it is over its limit and that I have over 280 photos on it. I actually only have just over 100 and the last time I was on it was at about 50% of the album limit for the free account. Why would the account have such a different statistic than is actually correct? How can I fix this to allow more photos to be added?

With my large number of small pics, that actually made a huge difference.

thanks!
