Everytime i want to log into my occount it doesnt let why is that?

I have a problem I need help, I just lost my harddrive, and have a new one I do not know the password, unfortunately I been spoiled and it was always in memory this is the same for my hotmail, I didn't have to remember it because it was automatically saved...

I'm likely wrong about this, but the Bucketstamp scrolling icon thingies seems to suck the life out of my computer.
I have issues on the page when it's taking time to load and have general memory issues on my computer as well.
These issues started when the stamp link showed up and only seem to happen when I am visiting Photobucket...so I'm blaming you :P
I've got a crappy connection (56k) and am on win98 saddly, so it just may be an issue with that...I'll be upgrading before 07. And other then this single issue (which is actually minor enough to allow me to work around it) I love the site & all that you guys (and gals) do.
