Since no one at Photobucket's support will return emails, how does a paying customer go about getting answers to serious questions?

Great, I've always been dissatisfied with the fact that Photobucket does not allow batch uploading.
Just note that in the uploading page, when selecting sub-albums, part of the album's name may be hidden if it is too long, making it difficult to select correctly.
