Remix service - available to all

Remix and mashup service to create video remixes from your own media (photos, artwork, videos) available to all. Check it out now!

In February 2007, we announced our partnership with Adobe to provide a fun, free video remix tool for our users.  Since then it's only been available under beta to our "Pro" users. As of today, the service is now available to all our Photobucket users.

What is the remix service?

It is a 100% Free web-based mashup tool that let’s you create video remixes from your own media (photos, artwork, videos) and publicly available content at Photobucket.  Add captions, text bubbles, and other effects with any of the songs that we have available to tell your stories and share your experiences.  This service is powered by Adobe. 

What can I do with remix?

You can create stylish, fun, and playful videos that show off your personality, stories, and ideas.  Play around with your pictures and videos and add music to your remix.  When you’re done, you can share your remixed video by posting it on your profile, blog, or other website. 

How do I create a remix?

You'll see this Remix button in your album. This will launch a walkthrough and demo of how to create your own remix. You can also reference the tutorial to find more details.

Photobucket has been working with Pump Audio who have been a great partner for supplying fantastic tracks for our users and their remixes.  We'll have more music available by end of March 2007.

Hi M. I'm pretty sure remixes can't be posted on youtube because the file type doesn't work. Remixes are picture based, and can't be downloaded/uploaded.

There are various links you can use to share it or link to it on say a myspace page. If you still have questions about this please feel free to email our tech support department at support@photobucket.com.

I had been making Remixes with the help of Photobucket ,already in the Past- and I have been receiving a great response for all of them! (THANK U from the Heart Photobucket!) Now, since I am planning to make a few new Remixes, with Photobucket, I am wondering whether I may Post these remixes on You Tube,and if so, in which format?(and how do I do that? Thank U for Your attention to my question!

Can you encode the remixed files into one media file?
