Dennda:
That is the result of a little glitch in the system--the address you entered on the postcard itself is the destination. The shipping address in the confirmation email is NOT where the card is going. The card shipped yesterday to Oriana in Roma.
Thanks!

Hello !
I have a question.. I'm a little bit confused. I sent that free postcard to a friend and i put on it her adress. When I ordered it, it said that if it's a postcard it will be sent at the adress on it. When the confirmation e-mail came, it said that the postcard was shiped at my place. what happened ?

Thanks ever so much for going the extra mile & fixing things ... as well as explaining where the hiccup occurred! I will double-check next time to make sure I am logged in, etc. Can't wait to see what the parents think! :D

Debby and Latharia –
Debbie - We are sorry that you had issues with the postcard giveaway. I believe that you missed the message on the first page of the postcard software where it says Send 1 Free 4.25 X 6 card – Available only with the Advanced Postcard Printer. The Advanced Postcard Printer allows you to put an address on the card instead of sending it in an envelope/box to you. There is no fix going on – during the promotion 1 card is mailed for free, but you have to use that part of the software. If you actually purchased a postcard then please send an email to service at qoop.com.
Latharia – the card indeed went to your parents – you did it all correctly. I realize that the confirmation email was a bit confusing as it gave the shipping address as your address – when you were in the shopping cart that is what you entered – BUT that did not change where the postcard went since you put their address on the card itself. Also you were not logged into your Photobucket account so you did not get a free postcard – I am having customer service credit your account.
Thank you
- Bill

HAS CHARGED ME POSTAGE AND LOOKS LIKE IT BEING SENT TO MY HOME ADDRESS RATHER THAN THE ADDRESS I PUT ON THE POSTCARD....
BIT OF A FIX GOING ON HERE ME THINKS.

Bummer. I filled it out, but it's getting shipped to ME, instead of to the address I listed ON the postcard. It took 3 days for the order to process, now it'll take more time to GET to me, and THEN I can mail it. And pay for the postage. Again. :( Not quite what I was hoping for.
