From time to time, we take a look at what Photobucket members are looking for on our site. And we always learn something new. Photobucket members conduct millions of searches a day through billions of images and videos.
Photobucket is the home for the absolutely best stuff to decorate your web profiles, blogs and comments. And our top searches show that: funny, icons, emo, glitter and quotes.
For whatever reason, gnome is right up there in the top 10 list, along with love icons, happy birthday and friends. When it comes to icons, Photobucket members know what they're looking for. Days of the week are an obvious choice -- look at the ones for Monday alone -- but also butterfly icons, duck icons, alone icons and bad hair day always feature. We had no idea there were so many ducks on Photobucket.
And who are the favorite people on Photobucket? This week, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown. Of course Soulja Boy is popular -- he's everywhere. Ryan Sheckler, Pete Wentz, Miley Cyrus, Zac Efron and 50 Cent feature frequently too.
As far as who is searching for what is concerned, "Miley Cryus" would be my topic of interest. I'm always grateful to find out more information about her, but far more interested to find music/videos of her online.

is it possible to describe exactly what the "view newest results" for a topic actually does? Is it showing the most recent pictures of that search topic first in the index and if so, how far back does it go? Is it putting all the pictures of that search term in chronological order then, or are just the first few pages are new, then everything else is mixed from all different dates?

Could you please blog about why photobucket has been acting strange lately?
Pictures hosted with photobucket are disappearing for hours then reappearing, videos are taking a horrible long time to upload and others are having problem logging in to their photobucket account on and off.
Any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
