JuiceCaster and Photobucket Enable Mobile Video and Picture Sharing

Award-Winning Mobile Social Media Application Teams Up with Web’s Most Popular Media Sharing Website

Los Angeles – Sept. 24, 2008 – JuiceCaster, a leading mobile social media application, today announced an agreement with Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com), which will enable Juicecaster users to instantly post mobile videos and picture messages from their mobile phones directly to their Photobucket account.

“JuiceCaster is an outstanding mobile companion to Photobucket, expanding our users’ ability to wirelessly post unlimited videos and pictures to their personal Photobucket page,” said Alex Welch, President of Photobucket. “Photobucket users now have another great way to share and access their Photobucket media while they’re away from a PC.”

In the coming weeks, Photobucket will be a featured channel on JuiceCaster’s online flash player, which can be embedded on a number of Websites, including Blogger, WordPress, LiveJournal, and any website that allows a user to embed a flash player. Through the JuiceCaster flash player, users will always be able to view their recent Photobucket media.

JuiceCaster is a mobile social media application. Today they announced a way to let their users instantly post mobile videos and picture messages from their phones directly to their Photobucket accounts.

To link your JuiceCaster account to Photobucket is easy. And you only have to do it once. Once set up, any pictures or videos that you "post publicly" will go straight to Photobucket.

To link your JuiceCaster account to Photobucket:

1. Login to your JuiceCaster account at http://www.juicecaster.com. (Or join, if you don't already have an account.)

2. After login, go to your profile page and click on "Manage Connections" under "My Account" menu.

3. Under Manage Connections, click on the "Add Connection" button. Select Photobucket from the drop-down menu.

4. Follow the instructions to authenticate and complete the connection.

5. Start JuiceCasting!

Just in time for back-to-school, Sprint and Photobucket have teamed up to allow Sprint customers to send digital photos straight from their phones to Photobucket, the leading stand-alone photo and video sharing site, in just one simple step.

It’s as easy as snapping a picture of the kids on their first day of school using your Sprint phone, then selecting Photobucket from the list of “Post to Service” options that pop up.  The photo automatically uploads to the customer’s Photobucket account, so family and friends can view it online anytime, no matter where they are.

The Photobucket feature is available on more than 30 Sprint phones, including the popular Samsung Instinct, LG Rumor, Motorola RAZR2, Sanyo Katana DLX, and more. 

Unlimited use of the service is included at no additional cost for all Sprint Picture Mail subscribers, including customers on Simply Everything plans and Talk/Message/Data Share plans.

As the first U.S. carrier to launch a mobile photo sharing service, Sprint has always given its customers more ways to use their digital photos – from sending to other phones and email addresses in one simple step, to organizing and editing their pictures in online albums, to sending directly from the phone to be printed at one of 9000+ retail locations, including 5300 Walgreens stores.
