These photos were taken by David Hume Kennerly. Mr. Kennerly is Producer for the Official Barack Obama 2009 Inaugural Book and has been shooting on the frontlines of history for four decades. He has photographed seven Presidents and eight wars, and was Personal Photographer for President Gerald R. Ford.
