Printing with Scrapblog launches on Photobucket

Since launching our scrapbook integration with Scrapblog in August, hundreds of thousands of scrapbooks have been made on Photobucket.

Now we have worked with Scrapblog to integrate printing as well. Our friends at Scrapblog provided us boxes of samples of the kinds of books and cards they print, and they are, well, fabulous!

Print Cards With Scrapblog Designs

We are excited about the cards you can print on Scrapblog. Using Scrapblog's top quality designs, you can drag and drop your own images into the pre-built layouts, and print up cards that are much, much better than your regular "stick a photo in a designed border" holiday greeting card. These cards will make your holiday greetings really look amazing!

Print Memory Books with Scrapblog

Of course the traditional perception of scrapbooks is memory books. But forget the stickers, scissors and glue. (Who the heck has time for that anyway?) Just drag and drop photos and images into Scrapblog's pre-built designs, and print them out. They will look gorgeous!

Now pick up your Photobucket prints at Target

Target

Pick up prints at Target®, or have them mailed to you

Now you can print from Photobucket, and pick up your prints at any of the more than 1,600 Target® stores around the US.

When you click on 'buy prints' in Photobucket, you are given a choice: either print to Target, or have your prints (and other kinds of photo goods) mailed to you at home from our trusty online photo store.

Target

For our customers outside the US

The online photo store, powered by our friends at QOOP, is your only choice. QOOP ships pretty much anywhere in the world on our behalf, and they do a mighty fine job.

We hope you enjoy the added convenience of picking up your prints at Target.

Target and Photobucket Unite to Expand Creative Photo Options

Target guests can take advantage of new, innovative online photo-sharing tools while Photobucket users gain convenient in-store print pickup

MINNEAPOLIS & DENVER (August 26, 2008) — Target and Photobucket, the leading stand-alone photo and video sharing site, today announced the agreement that offers expanded online photo services for Target guests and new in-store print options for Photobucket users.

Beginning today, Target will offer print-to-store services to Photobucket users through www.photobucket.com  and www.target.com/photo.   After creating a free account on Photobucket, users can upload and organize their photos, edit their images and order prints for pickup – in about an hour – at most Target stores nationwide. Photobucket also enables users to organize videos; create slideshows and group albums; customize unique photo gifts; and share photos with friends and family through e-mail, IM, social networks, blogs or mobile phones.

"Photobucket has emerged as a leader in online photo and video sharing," said Mark Schindele, senior vice president, Target. “The site has an active community of more than 22 million monthly visitors in the U.S. Through this collaboration, our guests can now combine Photobucket’s creative tools with the convenience and quality they have come to expect from Target Photo.”

“Photobucket is thrilled to provide people with more easy ways to enjoy and share photos and easily get prints,” said Alex Welch, president, Photobucket. “As much as people love the convenience of going online to store and share photos and videos, there is always the need for great prints to capture special memories.” Welch continued, “Target is a world-class retail organization. We share a goal of bringing fun and convenience to our customers, and this relationship will extend that experience to photos – both online and off.”

Unusual new products in the Photobucket store

We just introduced some interesting new products into our Photobucket QOOP-powered store. There's still time to order these for the holidays, all printed with your photos.

Jigsaw Puzzles

Jigsaw puzzles are printed with your own photo, and come in wood, or on paper in a tin printed with your photo. They are very unusual. The wood puzzles are "FSC" (Forest Stewardship Council) certified. Click here to visit the puzzles in our store.

Wrapping Paper

We can print wrapping paper with your photos featured right on the paper. This is for a very special gift. Click here to visit wrapping paper in our store.

Audio Cards

These are folded "audio" greeting cards, not only printed with your own photo, but recorded with your own message (up to 10 seconds in length -- plenty of time for a holiday chorus). You can record and erase the message until you get it just right.  Click here to visit the greeting cards in our store.

There are winter-y, Christmas, and Hannukah styles to choose from: Click here to see them all.

Right now, you can buy them in 4x8 photo cards.  Later this week, the 5x7 folded cards will be coming online.

And the prices? Here they are:

Photo cards start at $0.99 for just one, and then go down to $.50 if you're ordering 200 or more. Take 20% off if you buy this week.

Folded cards start at $1.99 for a single card with envelope, going down to $1.50 if you're buying 200 or more, with envelopes. Take 20% off if you buy this week.

And they're all printed on the very best, top-of-the-line digital presses. We don't think you'll be disappointed in the results.

Comparison shoppers: be sure to check out the shipping fees

Our prices at our QOOP-powered store are absolutely competitive. But so are our shipping prices.  When you're checking around for the best prices for your holiday cards this year, please don't forget to compare shipping costs. They can be dramatically different from store to store.
