      Hi Dan,

You will need to sign in to your Photobucket account, or sign up for free if you don’t already have one, to start editing photos. You can then click “edit” from the main navigation tabs and choose photos from any of your albums to edit. Enjoy!

After you’ve done editing and saved it, where do you go to put it in the contest?

      Hello Jack,

There are a few ways you can submit your photo to the contest. You can share the photo via Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #pbQuotes, or you can save the photo in a Photobucket album and just add the hashtag #pbQuotes to the Title or Description of the photo.

      Good luck!

I’m having an issue with the image coming up on the screen. I’ve followed the directions, but after choosing the image from my bucket, the image window goes away, but the image I chose doesn’t appear. Rather the same blue prompts to *select from computer- or *select from your photobucket- is still there.

Am I doing something wrong? If you’d be so kind as to reply with a solution, I’d be grateful. Thank you!

      Hello,

      Hello,

We are currently experiencing issues with the Photo Editor. This is a known issue that is affecting several users and we are working to fix the problem as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

In the meantime, you can get around the problem by clicking “Editor” on the left hand side of the top navigation bar and then selecting the photo you wish to edit from there. (Rather than selecting ‘edit’ when on a photo)

      Hello,

Our engineering team worked on the Photo Editor issue yesterday and found a solution. Are you still having problems today?

I’m having the same issue Gypsy had. Neither of the methods of getting a photo available for editing (into the editing screen) is working for me.

    Thanks
