Photobucket Splash Tool
Once you have an image selected and you’re in the editor, scroll over and click the paint bucket icon to access the Splash tool.
You’ll see that your image colors have been desaturated to black and white. The free color tool allows you to paint color back into the image. Just click and drag to bring the original color back into the image. You can change the size of your brush on the right.
The smart color tool brings back a specific color, rather than all colors like the free color tool. Place your cursor over the area of color you’d like to paint back into the picture. Now click, hold and move the cursor over the areas that had that specific color to bring it back into the picture.
At any time, select the eraser tool to erase portions of color where you didn’t intend it.
Once you’re finished, click apply to apply your splash effects.
