    I am trying to upload a video to my account. It seems to be stuck & has said uploading 6 for a few days now. I can’t delete these uploads to start over.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, I have been trying to leave a comment for the past few days regarding how to recover my photobucket account, & they don’t seem to be posting. I have tried emailing, & still no luck. How can I get someone to get back to me? I would really appreciate some help in trying to recover this account.

    I am trying to login to my photobucket account, & I can’t remember neither my username or email registered with the account. I would appreciate if I can get some help in trying to retrive the account as the pictures on there are of my son. I was always logged in on my phone, so I never had to enter in any of that, & my phone broke & now I can’t get back in. I emailed a few days ago, & got no response. & I tried leaving a comment on here, & it never posted. I really would love if I can get some help trying to access the account.

    Hi, I emailed you guys yesterday, & then again today about trying to regain access to my photobucket account. I can’t remember my username or email. I have another account with you guys that I am able to get into. But I an trying to get into the account that I made around 2007. I was still using it this year, & was always logged in on my phone. My phone broke, & now I don’t remember any of my information. The majority of the pictures on there are of my baby. How long does it take for someone to reply?

    Hello there,

    Good day to you. How can I delete my account of which I have no longer access it. I don’t remember the username or password. The only thing I can remember is that the email that I used to have this is also been deactivated. I thought that my profile will be deleted since I haven’t opened it for year. I wish to delete is because those are just bad memories there. Everytime I search my Name that photobucket profile will come up first in the search results. Please in anyway delete my account. my profile name was sjlove3.

    Hello,

    I have reached out to photobucket’s support team twice this week by email to recover my account and have not received a response yet. Essentially, the email I used to create the account was deleted years ago. I have since contacted my ISP and had it reactivated. After this, I clicked on “forgot,” entered my username expecting an email from photobucket. I never received one, so I tried again (several times, actually) with the actual email address and still have not received an email to reset my password. Can someone please explain why I am not getting any help to access my account? Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Good afternoon. I was coming to access some old photobucket accounts i had and when trying to log in, photobucket doesn’t recognize the emails. I had 3 different accounts and know each email. but when i click your link for the beta to access the old site, it brings me to the new. I know i have some pictures on there that i really would like to access in case i don’t have them on a computer anywhere. these would have been before external hard drives were readily available. What are my options to try and access these accounts?

    If I delete my account will everything in my account still be visible to public or will all my photos go into archive and not be able to be found?

    Hi,
    I filled out the form to put a new email address for my old photobucket so I can delete it, but everytime I put in a new email address that isn’t linked to a photobucket account, it says ‘Hmmm. Something didn’t click. Want to give it another shot? Try again now.’. I’ve tried again about 10 times and it still doesn’t work. Then for some reason, it says how the email is linked to another photobucket account when it isn’t. Can someone help me out please ? I am really frustrated.

    I have this really old photobucket account and I forgot the password and the email has been deleted. I filled out the form to change the email but whenever I put in a new email address, it says that the email is linked with another photobucket account. I even created an email to put in the section and it says that it is linked with a photobucket account, even though it was created less than 5 minutes ago. Can someone help me please ?

    I have emailed the support team and got no response. I do not remember my email address. When I got to http://support.photobucket.com/hc/en-us/requests it says i did not enter the captcha. There is no captcha on the page. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I have photos of family members who have recently passed away and they were the only copies I had! PLEASE HELP!

    I am trying to access my old photobucket account that is attached to an email address that I can no long access. When I try to recover it with the new email it keeps telling that there is already an account attached to that email…but that isn’t possible because I just made this new email. There is no way a photobucket account can exist on it. PLEASE HELP. I really want to get my old photos back!

    I know my email that I first signed up with my photobucket account but don’t remember my password. Well I hit the I forgot my password, I entered my email, I got the email for resetting my password and then, this pop-up thing pops up, reading, ‘Hmmm, Something didn’t click. Password reset is not currently available. Your password reset request may have expired. You can request a reset again.’ I’ve tried it about 3 times to reset it and nothing. What do I have to do?

      Hi there,
      I have been trying to contact you guys for the past two weeks, I have had automated replies, and now one email saying my requests were merged into one and with a number after it: #2044134 “Photobucket Account Recovery”.
      This has not helped me, as I have no idea how to find that number.
      My account was accidentally deleted two weeks ago and I need it back, I used it regularly even the day it was deleted. I have not forgotten my username, or email address, as has been suggested by your team.
      Please photobucket I need my account back.
