    Hey, all my old pictures from 2009 up until 2013 are deleted!! what can i do to get them back?

    Hi,
    I have problem with access in photobucket.. I did enter my username and password, and it says that I been not on longer so they put my photo in safekeeping.. and email to support to ask for reactive my account, but problem is my old email is gone, I have no way to access my email.. I want to change my email.. I did email them and i get is robot respond.. it gets annoying.. please let me have my pictures back.. my account been start up about between 2009 to 2011..

    Hello,

    I did everything asked to reactivate my old photobucket account. I updated my email address b/c the one I used to sign up with years ago is no longer active, I know my user name and my password, but when I log in I keep getting the same message:

    ” Because your account has been inactive for so long, we’ve safely stored your photos in the archive. If you’d like to get your account re-activated, please contact the Photobucket Support Team at support@photobucket.com.”

    I’ve emailed this support account multiple times but I just keep getting autmoated replies redirecting to the steps I’ve already taken. The email states if I still need help to reply to the email and I do but I do not get a response back. Am I missing something? Can somebody help me? I would like to recover my old pictures.

    When I logged in I saw a message saying all my photos have been archived for safekeeping and that I should write to the support email to get them back. However, when I did that I only got an automated response from a robot that assumed I didn’t have access to my account. I have access, I want my photos back. It said I could reply for more help, but that only resulted in another bot response. I tried a help link I found on this blog and filled out the form, but still no luck. I’m not sure why the site message makes it sound like retrieving photos from the archive is an easy thing when it clearly isn’t.

    Hi, ive sent many messages to reactivate my account so i can see my old pictures. I havent gotten any response exept for a autoresponse. I know my username and password. It says my photos are archived, please help i need my old photos. There is very important photos in there.

            No, I still have not received a reply. The first time I responded to the automated email was Jan 31. And I have checked my spam folder to make sure that nothing went in there.

    I Know my password and email address. I don’t know my username?when I log in it tells me my account has been deactivated. is it possible to retrieve my account? And If so how would I go about that? I’ve already emailed your support team.

    I had an old account, and it was deactivated and all my photos were saved to the archive due to inactivity. I just logged in (because i do still have the info) and it told me if i’d like to reactivated and un-archive my pictures, to email with my username. I keep getting the automatic response from your “robot” or whatever it is, and I do not get real replies with my answer! If you have the option to un-archive my old photos and get my account restored, why wont it work? please help me! i have my username and password still, and I have send the email plenty of times.

    I can’t access my old account because i cannot remember my password for the life of me. I did however get access to my email that I signed up with. So I sent the password resent, but I’m not getting anything in my inbox?? I’ve re sent it probably 20 times now. It’s saying that there is an account under that email address. I’m so confused and want this so bad. Help??

    Thanks for that Hannah, but as Ive said nobody ever gets back to me. I have support requests and emails dating back nearly two years, all of which have gone un-replied. Any other suggestions?

      Our tickets are collected in a queue, so the support team answers them in the order they were received. Although there is sometimes a delay with large volumes of support tickets, a Support Specialist should be in contact with you. We can look up your email address to find your ticket and make sure it gets taken care of. Was callumrichardson@msn.com the address you sent your request in with?

    How can I get some help trying to recover an old account? I’ve tried countless times using the web forms and nobody ever gets back to me. Completely ignored every time I try.

    My account was full of screenshots of microsoft flight sim (so nothing that broke rules???) and was deleted by photobucket without warning a few years ago.

    My photo bucket account was hacked. I received an email saying my email was changed and I never authorized it! Now when I try to log in to my account it shows me the password reset was sent to some email address I’ve never heard of. I sent 3 emails already and I’m freaking out and don’t know what to do! Please help me I have over 1500 pictures in my account. How long until a response?

    Hi,
    I logged in to my photobucket account for the first time for some time today and see that the look has changed and although my albums are still there, all the comments seem to have gone?
    I hope there is a way to get them back because I uploaded a large collection of old family photos and my elderly uncle spent a couple of days adding comments to them explaining who all the people were and now all of this information has vanished!

    Today i sent you an email to tell you the problem with my account. Currently, I do not know why my account is locked, In this morning, when i am signning in, i have an alert that my password is wrong, however i do not change the pw and last night I still can singed in. I have an alert “Error, the user account with username caigivay is currently under maintenance. Please contact support or try again later”. Please help me.

    I want to permanently delete my photobucket which contain some pictures I NO LONGER WANT EXISTING on the internet. I already tried contacting the support desk and keeps asking me questions about “what was my old email” “whats the last password” “security questions” which I do not remember because it’s been more than 3 years since I used that account. How can I delete my account please!? Urgent request!

    I just need for my account to get DELETED I made this account back in 2008, I don’t remember the password or the email I registered with, if you all could please just delete my account I would greatly appreciate it, if I would have known that all of my personal pictures were going to be all over the Internet I would have never even used PHOTOBUCKET! I just want it Deleted that’s all..

      I would like mine Deleted as well. I’ve messages support@photobucket.com many times today and I know that emails dont get answered very fast but I need to hurry and delete my old account or make it private because someone is looking through them and is trying to get them and has already seen them on google. I also would have never used this if it exposed all your pictures on google if you didnt make it private. It’s been two years since I’ve used it and all I know is my username. I need help recovering it or deleting it quicly. By tomorrow! Please help me!!!!!

    Is there anyway I can get the password for my account instead of resetting it? I’d prefer that because I believe I used that password for accounts I’ve made on other websites and I can’t remember it.
    I still have access to the same email that was connected to my photobucket account.

      Please attempt to go to the photobucket site (www.photobucket.com) then click on the top right hand corner on the “profile icon” then when you get the log in drop down there is a prompt that says “forgot?” under the username and password prompts. Click on this, and then select the “I don’t know my password” option.

    hi im trying to find a old account that I had on photo bucket. problem is I don’t remember exactly wat the email was that I used and I really don’t remember the password. and I don’t think I ever pu my full name on it simply cuz I was a child. my mom told me to never put my full name on the internet when I was younger. Help??
