    There are numerous pleas asking for view counts to be added back. This was a very helpful feature for your customers, myself included. It’s important for us (customers) to know if pictures are viewed or not, so we can make informed decisions to delete pictures that may not interest anyone, or to redistribute links & passwords, etc.

    Can you please explain why the view counts were removed? Is there any plans to add view count back? Thank you!

      Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately there are not any plans to bring back view counts as this (in addition to comments) was a feature used by only a small percentage of Photobucket users. We do have other great features on the way that will improve the overall Photobucket experience for all users!

    Still having album of issues.
    i have over 400 images in my library but the app will only show 70 even though it shows the correct number on the folder. Frustrating to say the least……

    I am getting increasingly frustrated with the ‘new’ website and app. I can not figure out how to delete photos from my tablet, and in order to do it from my phone, I have to go through them individually to delete them. I tried downloading the app for my tablet and just using the plain website to do it from. The app only has icons for liking, commenting, or uploading pictures. Nothing for editing or deleting. On the website, there is no ‘wheel’ or any icon where I can delete my photos, and I have tried to Google troubleshoot, but nothing it tells me to do is available/showing. I have over 2,000 photos I need to go through. I do not have the time to look at one, click, look at one, click. I liked the original website formatting where you could look at a grid of photos and scroll through them and click on the delete or edit buttons etc. in order to manage your photos. Now I can’t do anything with them. Please, please, please can I get some help here?

      To delete photos from your mobile device, please go to “Your Library”, select the album, click “Edit”, then simply select all the photos you wish to move or delete (you will see those options at the bottom of your screen).

    I am desperately hoping you can help me. I ordered a fleece blanket from the Print Shop and in the order status line it simply says “imageIssue” I sent an Email to the support staff and they responded with simply ” we are experiencing technical difficulties on our end with your image” and not to worry.
    This is a Xmass gift and there is simply not enough time to resolve this before Xmass comes via the glacial pace of support emails. I have sent them my personal info and phone number in hopes that we could resolve this in seconds as opposed to weeks and no answer. I offered to resend the image in a different format if needed ( there are no published image requirements other than the image size limit of 30mg ) but no response. And there is no online provision to re-send the image or suggestions as to the best type of file to submit ( dimensions, bit depth, image size, DPI, ect )
    So many of these questions and problems could easily be avoided with a few simple guidelines about the exact requirements needed of the submitted image file.

    I am considering starting the order process all over again and actually paying for the blanket a SECOND time just to get it by Xmass but dont want to make the same mistake with the image ( whatever that mistake was ). Please do not suggest the automated support page which only provides BOT responses as there is simply not enough time for that now.
    And help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

The cut off date to get blankets in time for the holidays has already passed, so please do not attempt to order it a second time as there is no guarantee that it will arrive in time for Christmas.     Hannah, It’s been a week and I still have had no real replies from Photobucket – only replies from a Robot. There is no contact number to call someone, I am losing money daily as I have new products to list and cannot access my library at all. None of my pictures in my ebay listings are showing and I am losing sales and getting complaints. People don’t buy what they can’t see. Please tell me again why I am paying for a fee for a service that is useless or unaccessible? I’ve tried FireFox IE reinstall google chrome, I’ve done all the suggestions the robot said would work, and still it is not working correctly. Please help.

    I wanted to delete some photos, and replace them with the same file name. But when I do this, my old image come up. I want the new image, not the old one. Please tell me how to replace an image with a new one but have the same file name, so any url will show the new image. I used to be able to do this.

    I also wanted to add that I am paying Photobucket for a service that does not work and I would like some sort of credit or refund as this inconvenience has cost me time and money trying to get my pictures working on my ebay store.

    Hi, my library is not visible today, but all files seem to be there. The thumbnails of the images in my library are greyed out, with file name visible. The sites where I share those images show blank areas, the photos are not visible on the pages. Are you having technical issues for the past 3 days?

    I am infuriated by the constant emails I receive from photobucket – nowhere on your site is it possible to contact Photobucket or to unsubscribe from emails. This is not good business – to say the least.

    Hannah could you tell me why the ‘scramble file name’ option just adds some random characters to the end of the image filename, rather than replacing the filename altogether? I’m sure it used to work properly years ago.

      The ‘scramble file name’ did change about a year ago, but the functionality is still the same. The random characters at the end of the file name are the “scramble”.

    Hey, the updates are all cool and great, but I have a question. Why in the world can I not see how many views my individual photos have anymore!? I would like to see the stats of individual photos, NOT overall profile stats. Some photos I post, edit, and share on this website specifically to keep up with the views and such of the single photo. I can’t do that anymore. Why? If that feature no longer exists, it needs to be brought back into existence.

    So. . .no stats? That seems like a very obvious feature that just about anybody could want. Is there any specific reason that, after numerous requests, view stats are not available? Who doesn’t want to know which pictures are getting the most views and from where? This is very valuable information to the user.

    Day before yesterday editor would do NOTHING. Last 24 hours it “appears” to be loading but after 30 minutes still no picture. Doesn’t matter if I upload from my computer or my bucket. I have tried several times using several pics at different times of the day. So the above mentioned fix…… fixed nothing. The site still has issues. It is not fixed.

    Photo editor will not upload from my bucket or the computer. I have not had any problem in the past. Familiar with the “how”. My question is what is going on now that may be causing this problem. So the fix has obviously not been fixed.

    I HATE how slow photobucket is now and I just want the old one back. I can’t view most of my pictures because they just won’t load. How can I change it back? I can’t even get them to load so I can save them and delete this for good!

    I responded to the email you sent 24 hours ago to I have not heard from anyone yet and the problems with photo editor not working continues and all of my photos are still set to slide show. The new feature of the little buttons at the top of selected photos like the wheel button for edit or enhance do not work. I can view an individual photo but can’t do anything with it. If you click the edit button, there is nothing but a blank photo editor page and you cannot select and load a picture. If part of these new features require new processes or instructions for using the photo editor- you need to post them.

    Is anyone else having these issues?

    Where did my other message go????

    I submitted an issue about turning off the slide show and that the photo editor was not working. You cannot select an individual photo out of a slideshow and edit it. So at this point I cannot do anything that I need to do with my photos because they are all locked into a “slide show” and I need to do some editing. I also tried to send a message

    I also stumbled across a place where I could connect with staff for “help” but when I tried to send a detailed message about the issue I was required to answer two additional questions BUT THERE IS NOT A “REPLY BOX” so all I got was a message saying I had to answer two questions but you gave me no way to answer them so no message for “HELP” was sent. Great way to not solicit feedback and really piss off users.

    All of my albums are showing up as slideshow ONLY and there is no other option showing up. I can’t OR don’t know how to change it back to regular album setting. I have never set any of my albums to slideshow setting. It will not let me select a photo and edit. I can’t drag and drop from my computer to the editor or get a photo from an album. Why am I paying for photobucket if none of the features I need are working. How do I take call of my pictures over to flicker?

    Your support sucks! There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to inform anyone of problems!!

    I’ve spent the last hour trying to find a place to report that viewing original size image IN FIREFOX, does NOT work properly!!!!!
    In IE a link to original size image takes you straight to the image, in firefox it takes you to a photobucket page with the image.

    Someone who has never been there before has no idea what to click on to see a full size image.

    The example link on the Linking Original Size Images help page works fine so apparently wrong DIRECT links are are not being provided correctly apparently.

    Websites with no CONTACT US Button tend to be questionable, please fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        The linking to original size images no longer works properly, be it with IE or Firefox, in my experience. Once in a blue moon, I get the correct display of the full size image, but most often it brings the user back to the album view?? (same link, same location, same image, no longer logged in – there seem to be no ryme or reason why it sometimes works, and most often doesn’t?

        For example, when I paste the link to my original size image in the address bar (i467….~original), most often it will change the URL to “s467… .html” and bring me back to the album). Right now I am logged in and the direct link to the full size image display is working – ten minutes ago, it wasn’t?? Frustrating, especially to the users on my forum, as I can’t explain to them why it is happening.

        And from the album view, it is no longer possible to view the full size image by clicking on the magnifying glass twice, as you sugggested. After clicking it once, there is no more option to click it again?? It used to work that way, but no longer does! I have to use the “download” icon, then the “open” option to view the image in its original size. Most inconvenient! I am paying for this account, but I seem to be losing vital features regularly!!

        Would appreciate if you could advise why is this happening and whether there is a fix in sight, or if there is something I can do to avoid this problem. Txs.

          When a reader clicks on a photo linked to your forum, they will be redirected to a web size version of that photo. When you click the magnifying icon twice, you will be able to see the original. If this function is not working properly, please contact our support team at so that we can troubleshoot the issue.     Please allow us to edit the link name of our pictures. The “_z98HU98HJ” behind the picture can be very inconveniencing. I personally use expression pictures for my writing and instead of returning to photobucket to find and copy the image I would love to just change the name of the expression to switch the picture. There is also the situation where if I want to edit an expression picture because I notice a mistake in it. I can safely delete the picture (which breaks all the image links on my writing) fix it and then re-upload it and then just edit the name to the same name it was before which fixes all the links to my broken pictures. This feature was available before and I would really like it returned thank you.

    Just to echo Rob’s comment above: “It’s too bad that the new Photobucket site removed internal site search even though it’s one of the most important features of a photo storage site”
    Listen up Photobucket, as a full time eBay seller, I used this feature all the time to locate my photos in my own files. You took it away & I will never understand why! I now feel that my entire Photobucket experience has been compromised & do not feel confident in using Photobucket until that is reinstalled.
